Installation And Activation
You can install plugin either of these two methods.
New install via FTP
- Download the plugin from
CodeCanyon
, and extract it. You should find a directory arformspostcreator.
- In your WordPress installation, upload arformspostcreator to
wp-content/plugins/
- Activate the
Post Creator For ARForms
plugin through the Plugins
menu from WordPress admin panel.
New install via the WordPress Uploader
- Download the plugin from
CodeCanyon
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel
- Go to
Plugins
-> Add New
-> Upload
- Click on choose file and browse the download package from
CodeCanyon
. When the plugin uploads successfully, click on Activate Plugin
link.
- After activating the plugin, you will be able to see "Post Creator " " link under “ARForms” menu in admin menu list.
You can configure existing forms with Post Creator plugin from this page. You can get list of all forms which are already configured with Post Creator plugin from this page.
You can edit existing form’s Post Creator configuration option by clicking on “Edit Configuration” icon. Or if you want to delete configuration for any form, just click on “Delete” icon.
You can configure new form by clicking on “Configure New Form” button from top right corner.
After submitting the form, Post Creator for ARForms plugin will immediately create post if form is configured with ARForms Post Creator plugin.
Standard Post Configuration
Standard Post is WordPress default post providing on WordPress installation.
You can configure your existing form with Post Creator plugin from this page. You can map form fields to create WordPress standard post for your site.
After selecting the form which you want to integrate for post creation, You can map form fields with post fields. When the user will submit the form after entering values, the plugin will create a post ( based on selection) with mapped fields.
You can set post status as Published, Draft or Pending Review for Standard Post.
You can also set default categories of the post from the admin panel as well as you can allow users to select categories while form submission. You can set default categories by checking checkboxes near category names Or you can populate any form field with WordPress' categories taxonomy by selecting form field from dropdown.
Custom Post Configuration
You can configure your existing form with Post Creator plugin from this page. You can map form fields for creating WordPress' Custom post which you have already created for your site.
After selecting the form which you want to integrate for Custom post creation, You can map form fields with post fields. When the user will submit the form after entering values, the plugin will create a post ( based on selection) with mapped fields.
You can set post status as Published, Draft or Pending Review for Custom Post.
You can also set custom categories of the custom post from the admin panel as well as you can allow users to select custom categories while form submission. You can set custom categories by checking checkboxes near category names Or you can populate any form field with Custom taxonomy by selecting form field from the dropdown.
Post Creator For ARForms plugin supports multiple taxonomies also. That means if your custom post has more than one custom taxonomy than this plugin will allow you to select each of them individually.
Page Configuration
You can configure your existing form with Post Creator plugin from this page. You can map form fields for creating WordPress' Pages.
After selecting the form which you want to integrate for Page creation, You can map form fields with post fields. When the user will submit the form after entering values, the plugin will create Page ( based on selection) with mapped fields.
You can set post status as Published, Draft or Pending Review for Page.
Buddypress Group Configuration
First of all you have to activate buddypress plugin and enable User Group to configure and post in buddypress group.
You can configure your existing form with Post Creator plugin from this page. You can map form fields for creating BuddyPress Group post which you have already created for your site.
After selecting the form which you want to integrate for Custom post creation, You can map form fields with post fields. When the user will submit the form after entering values, the plugin will create a post ( based on selection) in the selected group(s) with mapped fields.
You can select default group from the admin panel as well as you can allow users to select group during form submission. You can set group by checking checkboxes near group names.
Note: Users can only post in the group if they are members of the group and this will work for only logged in users.
